Madhu,
Your long-term care insurance quotes are ready.
First, please watch this short video I made for you:
🔎 Your quotes
I've provided quotes with the same initial benefit to make an apples-to-apples comparison. Some policies aren't available for ages over 75 (see the comparison grid). These rates will increase somewhat on your birthday, but you can lock them in by submitting your application beforehand.
🧐 My notes
These choices use the same starting monthly benefit but take different approaches to coverage.
Option A: NGL EssentialLTC is the traditional policy in this set, with a three-year reimbursement pool and no 1035 contribution. Its premiums are payable for life and can increase after the first five policy years.
Option B: Lincoln MoneyGuard Fixed Advantage uses the $65,000 exchange with five years of monthly payments. Compared with NGL, it provides a death benefit to heirs and lets you choose reimbursement or 80% cash indemnity when a claim begins.
Option C: OneAmerica Asset Care extends the benefit period from Lincoln’s three years to six years, creating a larger LTC pool. It also uses the $65,000 exchange, with monthly premiums to age 95. Its cash option is limited to the first two years and up to 75% of the monthly benefit.
Below are alternative annual payment schedules for option C. “5-pay” means five annual payments. Monthly payments are typically slightly more than one-twelfth of the annual amount.

Compare these benefits with projected care costs and the personal savings or other income you would want to use toward care.
You can also adjust the benefit amount to fit your budget. For example, reducing the premium by 25% would generally reduce the benefits proportionally.
👉🏻 Next steps
Reply to my email or text with feedback or schedule time on my calendar to review these options together.
Alternatively, complete this longer health pre-screen form (10 minutes) for more clarity on your options. I’ll share your answers with insurers without your name attached to get informal feedback. This helps identify which policy is the best fit and avoids the risk of a formal decline.
Thanks,
Jesse
