LTCi Quotes for Simon

Simon,

Your long-term care insurance quotes are ready.

First, please watch this short video I made for you:

🔎 Your quotes

For an apples-to-apples comparison, I shared three quotes with a roughly $5,000/month initial benefit.

Should you shop around? You can—but your quotes will be the same everywhere. Long-term care insurance prices are set by the insurance companies, not by brokers. We offer all the top policies and help you find the best fit.

🧐 My notes

These options start at roughly $5,000 per month, with different costs, payment schedules, and lengths of coverage.

Option A: NGL EssentialLTC has the lowest premiums and reimburses eligible care expenses for three years. Premiums continue for your lifetime and can increase. Unlike the other options, this design does not provide a benefit to heirs.

Option B: Nationwide CareMatters II costs more than Option A for three years of coverage, but pays benefits in cash rather than reimbursing expenses. It also provides $120,000 to heirs if you do not use the policy for care. Premiums continue to age 100.

Option C: Securian SecureCare IV costs somewhat more than Option B and provides six years of coverage instead of three. Premiums end after 20 years. Like Nationwide, Securian pays cash benefits and provides $120,000 to heirs if you do not use the policy for care.

Compare these benefits with projected care costs and the personal savings or other income you would want to use toward care.

You can also adjust the benefit amount to fit your budget. For example, reducing the premium by 25% would generally reduce the benefits proportionally.

👉🏻 Next steps

Reply to my email or text with feedback or schedule time on my calendar to review these options together.

Alternatively, complete this longer health pre-screen form (10 minutes) for more clarity on your options. I’ll share your answers with insurers without your name attached to get informal feedback. This helps identify which policy is the best fit and avoids the risk of a formal decline.

Thanks,
Jesse
