Wendi,
Your long-term care insurance quote is ready.
First, please watch this short video I made for you:
🔎 Your quotes
I've provided one quote for Nationwide CareMatters Annuity.
🧐 My notes
Nationwide CareMatters Annuity is a newer policy that provides 3x your investment in long-term care benefits, paid in cash, while also growing the underlying cash value.
With the same $100,000 premium, the 5% option starts with a lower monthly benefit but grows faster. It catches up around age 89.

If you expect to need care before your late 80s, the higher starting benefit is likely better. If you expect to need care in your late 80s or later, the 5% option is likely better.
If you'd like to see quotes from other policies, like Nationwide CareMatters that combines LTC coverage with life insurance, just let me know.
This policy provides lower annual benefits than the projected cost of care, but you can bridge the gap using personal savings and Social Security. For most people, the goal is to secure meaningful coverage rather than insure every dollar of potential care costs.
You can also adjust the benefit amount to fit your budget. For example, reducing the premium by 25% would generally reduce the benefits proportionally.
👉🏻 Next steps
Reply to my email or text with feedback or schedule time on my calendar to review this option together.
Alternatively, complete this longer health pre-screen form (15 minutes) for more clarity on your options. I’ll share your answers with insurers without your name attached to get informal feedback. This helps identify which policy is the best fit and avoids the risk of a formal decline.
Thanks,
Jesse
