Elizabeth and Steven,
Your long-term care insurance quotes are ready.
First, please watch this short video I made for you:
🔎 Your quotes
I've provided quotes with the same initial benefit to make an apples-to-apples comparison.
🧐 My notes
These policies differ in benefit duration, whether benefits are shared, how claims are paid, premium structure, and legacy benefits.
Option A: This traditional policy from NGL has the lowest premiums and provides three years of benefits for each insured. It reimburses eligible care expenses, and lifetime-pay premiums can increase after five years. NGL has never increased premiums on policyholders.
Option B: Compared with Option A, this hybrid policy from Nationwide provides six years of shared benefits and pays benefits in cash. It also includes a death benefit for heirs, while premiums continue to age 100.
Option C: Compared with Options A and B, this hybrid policy from OneAmerica provides lifetime benefits, creating an unlimited total care pool. It reimburses eligible expenses, offers 75% cash indemnity for the first two years, and guarantees that premiums will not increase.
This policy, like the others, offers alternative payment schedules. Below is one example from Option C, OneAmerica, using annual payments. A 5-pay schedule means five annual payments. Once the policy is paid up, it remains in force. Monthly payments are a little more than 1/12 annual payments.

Compare these benefits with projected care costs and the personal savings or other income you would want to use toward care.
You can also adjust the benefit amount to fit your budget. For example, reducing the premium by 25% would generally reduce the benefits proportionally.
👉🏻 Next steps
Reply to my email or text with feedback or schedule time on my calendar to review these options together.
Alternatively, complete this longer health pre-screen form (10 minutes) for more clarity on your options. I’ll share your answers with insurers without your name attached to get informal feedback. This helps identify which policy is the best fit and avoids the risk of a formal decline.
Thanks,
Jesse
